For those of you not in the dieting support community, I've posted about starting a fairly intense 6-month fitness regime, with workouts 6x a week. Since trying to lose weight is important to me but I seem to get defeated when my eating habits aren't as stellar as I'd like, working out more will clearly get me headed in the right direction.|
So I've now completed 2 days of the program, with today being day three and I'm feeling good about it. I'm going to have to sacrifice some fruitless entertainment time to fit in an hour or so of gym time almost everyday, which surprisingly doesn't bother me that much. The results that I know I'll see if I keep this up will definitely be enough of a motivator to stick with it.
Yesterdays workout was cut short a little bit, only doing 20 minutes of cardio instead of the suggested 35-45 so today I'll be reving it up on the treadmill.
Oh and I got my hair cut! It's very posh-if-she-were-brunette circa 6 months ago. The compliments I've received are oh so nice :)
